Outcomes, described honestly.

We do not publish client names, logos or figures we cannot verify. What follows is the shape of the outcomes our deployments target, and how each one is measured.

Measurement

How we describe results.

Every engagement agrees a baseline before deployment. Success is reported against the definitions your teams already use.

01 / Cycle time

How long work takes

Time from request to reviewed outcome, measured on the same queue and the same working hours as the baseline.

02 / Decision quality

How often work holds up

Reviewer agreement, rework and audit findings — the evidence that speed did not come at the expense of judgement.

03 / Control

How much stays governed

Share of actions with a recorded source, approver and outcome; time to reconstruct a decision after the fact.

Reference patterns

Four patterns from enterprise deployments.

These are deployment patterns, not client stories. Details are generalised deliberately, and no result is published on a client's behalf.

Analytical review, on demand

Context
Analysts assemble the same review from a warehouse and three business systems, on a fixed reporting cycle.
What the platform does
Retrieval and forecasting agents assemble a grounded draft with sources attached; the analyst edits and signs off.
How it is measured
Time from question to reviewed answer; share of answers whose sources were verified in review.

Risk review with a defensible trail

Context
A review team triages a high-volume queue of transactions or claims under a regulatory obligation.
What the platform does
Scores and ranks the queue, assembles the evidence for each case, and routes the decision to an approver.
How it is measured
Queue age, reviewer agreement on sampled cases, and findings raised in audit.

Agentic operations with human gates

Context
A repetitive multi-step back-office process crosses several systems and stalls on exceptions.
What the platform does
An agent executes the consistent steps, escalates exceptions with context, and waits for approval before irreversible changes.
How it is measured
Touch time per case, exception rate, and the proportion of actions later reversed.

Knowledge work over internal documents

Context
Policy and contract questions are answered by searching shared drives and asking senior colleagues.
What the platform does
A grounded assistant answers within the asker's permissions, cites the passages used, and flags when the corpus does not contain an answer.
How it is measured
Accuracy on a held-out evaluation set, rework after review, and time spent locating source documents.

Engagement

How a deployment runs.

Start narrow, prove the workflow, then expand only where the evidence supports it.

1

Scope

One workflow, one data source, and the systems it touches. We agree what is out of scope.

2

Baseline

Measure the current process with your definitions before anything changes.

3

Pilot

Deploy inside your boundary, run against evaluation cases, and review with the people who do the work.

4

Review

Compare against the baseline. Expand, adjust or stop — with the evidence written down.

A note on references. Client references are shared privately, with permission, during evaluation. Nothing on this page identifies a client, and no figure is presented as a guaranteed result.

Measure it against your own baseline.

Bring the process and the numbers you already track. We will scope a pilot that can be judged on evidence rather than a demo.
